Break the chocolate into small pieces ,heat the butter until melted then add milk and the chocolate pieces ,mix well until the chocolate has melted ,remove from stove and allow to cool then add the condensed milk and mix well
Put in the fridge for 1 hour
Then top with the chocolate coated nuts and hundreds and thousands for decoration
