Chocolate Muffins Recipe.

Dry ingredients

• 4 1/4 cups flour

• 2 tablespoons baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• melted chocolate.

• 1 and half cup sugar

Wet ingredients

• 4 large eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

• 1 cup buttermilk

• 300g softened margarine/butter

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°c, then prepare your muffin tins.

Cream your 300g margarine with sugar then add in eggs one at a time. Also, add in vanilla essence.

Sift your dry ingredients which is flour, and baking powder then pour bit by bit into the margarine mixture with melted chocolate and stir until combined don’t over-mix.

Put your batter into the prepared muffin tin and bake at 180° c and for 15 to 20
